I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor.

I am a senior accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Reg. MBACP (Snr.Accred). Being an accredited member means I have achieved a substantial level of training and experience that has been assessed and approved by the BACP. The BACP Register was the first psychological therapists' register to be accredited under a new scheme set up by the Department of Health and administered by an independent body, accountable to Parliament. Members of the public can now choose a counsellor or psychotherapist belonging to a register approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. I hold 3 enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates from both primary and secondary schools and as a self employed practitioner have a basic certificate covers work in my private practice.
